Water Level Control

A pair of box culverts with weirs were installed at the outfall of Gum Swamp to increase the water depth and hydroperiod in Gum Swamp. Looking through the box culvert, the difference in water level upstream and downstream of the weir is quite obvious. The effort to improve hydroperiod in the swamp appears to have been successful....
